Christmas light installation in Yorba Linda.

Yorba Linda maintains more miles of horse trail than most cities have of sidewalk — we design, install, maintain, remove and store holiday lighting here whether your home backs up to a trail or not.

Yorba Linda, you put "Land of Gracious Living" on the sign — in writing, where everyone can check — and then went and kept the promise, horse trails between the neighborhoods and all. Bold. Our Christmas light installation in Yorba Linda holds you to it right back: warm white C9, designed per facade, gracious, not loud, because as far as we're concerned the motto is binding.

Send the address — hillside, lakeside, or ranch — and we'll draw the design.

Tell us about your home and we will put together a lighting design and a quote for it.

Trails behind the fence, hills behind the house.

Yorba Linda's layout shapes the work. Plenty of properties back onto the trail network, so crews treat rear property lines like the shared spaces they are — equipment staged clear, gates closed behind us, and nothing left where a horse and rider will pass at dawn. The hillside neighborhoods add their own variable: sloped driveways and stepped pads mean ladder placement gets planned from the facade review, not negotiated on the morning of. And the gated enclaves scattered through town get the standing treatment — access coordinated in advance, certificates of insurance sent ahead, bonded and insured before anyone thinks to ask.

Designed for the view lot.

The signature Yorba Linda home is built to look outward — two-story customs and estate homes set on hillsides in Kerrigan Ranch and along the ridges, plus the water-adjacent homes of East Lake Village, where the roofline meets its own reflection. View lots cut both ways in December: your lights are seen from below by half the neighborhood, which means the eave line, the gable returns, and the second-story massing all need to resolve into one coherent composition from a quarter mile away. Christmas light installers who only think about curb distance miss that entirely. We design from the sightlines that actually exist — street, hillside, across the lake — then cut commercial-grade warm white C9 to measured drawings so the long view holds up as well as the driveway view.

Old citrus-town DNA still runs through the flatter neighborhoods too: generous lots, mature trees, single-story ranches where one warm line along the eave is the entire, correct answer. The streets around the Presidential Library keep tidy traditionals that suit exactly that treatment, while over at East Lake Village the water adds a second showing — every light on a lakeside eave gets doubled in the reflection, which is one more argument for hanging it straight the first time.

Gracious from October through takedown.

The full service runs the season: design from your address, one scheduled install day, timers set for dusk, and holiday lighting maintenance included — if a section drops out the week your in-laws arrive, we handle it before they notice. January is takedown and inventory; everything winters coiled and labeled at our facility, and next season starts from the plan on file.

Questions

Yorba Linda, answered plainly.

Our house sits above the street — who are we lighting for?

Everyone downhill, mostly. We design hillside homes for the long view first — the composition that reads from below — then make sure it still lands at the front door. Both audiences, one drawing.

We back onto a horse trail. Anything to know?

Just that we already know it. Rear-line work gets quiet staging, secured gates, and scheduling that respects morning riders. The trail stays exactly as we found it.

Two-story home with tile accents — can C9 handle it?

Comfortably. Tile sections take clip-mounted, penetration-free runs, and two-story elevations are where a measured drawing earns its keep — the upper and lower lines have to agree with each other.

When should we book?

Fall designs get first pick of install dates, and hillside installs benefit from the buffer. The full timeline is in when to schedule holiday lighting.

For everything else, the sitewide FAQ applies in Yorba Linda the same as anywhere in our service area — or call 949-806-2333.

We also light Villa Park, La Habra Heights, and Coto de Caza nearby.
